He is survived by: his daughter Nicole Miller of Lansdale, PA; and his sisters, Barbara "Bobbe" Curry (Tom) of Kennett Square, Gail Oliver Donaldson (Al) of St. Cloud, FL. and Karen "Kasey" Lucard (Frank) of Fort Washington.
