He is survived by: his daughters, Evelyn Shrubb (Jerry) of Ridgway and Heather Farren (Mark) of Emporium; his grandchildren, Zoe Haas (Jed) of Emporium, Ariel Farren of Emporium, Blaine Farren of Emporium, Trisha Kossman of Port Allegany and Terry Kossman of Emporium; his stepmother Janis Hooftallen of Earlville, NY; and his siblings, Perry Hooftallen (Sue) of Roulette, Evelyn Sebatine of Meadville, Thomas Burgett, Sr. of Hermitage, Paul Burgett (Tammy) of Emporium, David Burgett (Carrie) of Emporium, Esther Hooftallen of Earlville, NY, Francis Burgett, Jr. (Cheryle) of North Tonawanda, NY, Robert Burgett (Bridgette) of Olean, NY, Roger Burgett (Vanessa) of Gardeau and Dana Burgett (Alice) of Austin. He is also survived by nieces, and nephews.
