Hoffman; his children, Felchia Pere of St. Marys, Jolene Shealy (Matthew Borza) of St. Marys and Noah; his grandchildren, Briella Pere, Mason Shealy, Drake Shealy and Brock Shealy; and his sister Janie Ferragine (Dennis) of Johnsonburg.
