She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Bankovic and Mary Cashmere Bankovic; her spouse Cloy O. Rhines; her grandson Jamey Spangler; and her brothers, Thomas Bankovic and Richard Bankovic.
She is survived by: her children, Diana Spangler (Doug) of St. Marys and Ralph "Chew" Rhines of St. Marys; her grandchildren, Melissa Stahli (Brian) and Jesse Rhines; her great grandchildren, Kendra, Brady and Aubree; her sister Dolly Leary of Salamanca; and her sisters-in-law, Mary Lee Bankovic, Evelyn Parrett, Jean Rhines and Helen Rhines. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
