He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Young and Matilda Smithbauer Young; and his siblings, Servanus Young, Joseph Young, Edward Young, Alfred Young, Richard Young, James Young, Anna Cheatle, Barbara Hanes, Rita Uhl and Mary Bauer.
He is survived by: his wife Jane Rigard Young; his children, Amy Reichard (Irvin) of St. Marys, Craig Young of Valdosta, GA and Kevin Young (Leslie) of Danville, PA; his grandchildren, Jeremiah Bucher (Becky Maple), Scott Reichard and Natalie Reichard; and his great grandchildren, Chloe, Lexie and Brayden. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
