She was predeceased by: her parents, Gustaf B. Swanson and Beulah A. Henry Swanson; her husband Alfred "Pete" Manners; her daughter Mary McCarren; and her siblings, Fred Swanson, Paul Swanson, Frank Swanson, Gustaf Swanson, Jr., Lois Lexsell, Marjory Raybuck, Ellen Swanson and Kathleen Swanson.
She is survived by: her children, Ellen Harry (Mark) of West Decatur, Thomas Manners (Cathie) of Tennessee, Anthony Manners (Rose) of St. Marys, Michael Manners (Robbin) of Georgia and Alfred Manners, Jr. of Georgia; her brothers, John Swanson (Brenda) of Allansville and James Swanson (Ellie) of Irwin; and her son-in-law Francis McCarren of Force. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
