She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Weinzierl and Ositha Brickner Weinzierl; her husband Daniel W. Hawkins; and her siblings, Regis, Harold, Albert, Leo, Marie Kreckel, Ethel Weinzierl and Celine Hoh.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia M. Burden (Harry) of St. Marys, Dr. Joseph J. Hawkins (Mary Ellen) of St. Marys and Daniel J. Hawkins (Ann); her grandchildren, Daniel Vollmer (Kara), Dr. Timothy Vollmer (Taira), Dr. Daniel Hawkins (Annie), Dr. Anna Toth (Rob), John Paul Hawkins (Michelle), Dr. Zoe Hawkins (Evan Sherrieb) and Dr. Samuel Hawkins (Kaitlyn Krug); her great grandchild Bo Lucas; and her nephew Donald Kreckel.
