We are sad to announce that on December 8, 2020, at the age of 71, Ronald C. Dugan in Saint Johns, Pennsylvania, born in Johnstown, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Dugan and Lena Dugan (Simmers); his wife Zaria Dugan (Capelli); and his siblings, Elaine Flick, Lawrence Dugan and Thomas Dugan.
He is survived by: his children, Melissa Synan (Bill) and Nicolas R. Dugan (Tracy); and his grandchildren, Matthew Dugan, Patrick Synan, Kolton Dugan and Joseph Synan.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital in his honor.
