She was predeceased by: her brothers, Michael, Joseph, Andrew, Jr. and Lawrence Blasko. She is survived by: her husband Stephen Kanyak; her daughter Tara Kanyak (Angela Haupt); and her sister Paula Gallagher of Freeland. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
