He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick J. Reilly and Elizabeth Harkin Reilly; his wife Patricia "Jill" Reilly; and his son John (Monica). He is survived by: his children, Philip, Jr. (Linda), Kevin (Susan), David and Donna Murphy (Craig); and his sisters, Betty Ann Surdykowski and Mary Rose Hentschel. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren.
