With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John R. McConnell Jr. of Saint Davids, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 4, 2024 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Catherine "Kit" McConnell, and John R. McConnell, Sr.; and his sisters, Mary Ann Knewstub (Denny) and Jane Greenspun (Eric). He is survived by: his wife Gwen McConnell; his children, John Blake McConnell (Kimberly) of Riverside, CT, Matthew W. McConnell (Kate) of Westfield, NJ, Michael P. McConnell of New York City and Katy Malonoski (Bobby) of New York City; his grandchildren, Lucas, Ava, Zoe McConnell, Teddy, Cece, John "Jack" McConnell, Olivia and Madeline "Millie" Malonoski; his sister Kate McConnell; his niece Annie Berger (Rory); his nephew Dan Greenspun; and his great-nieces, Lucy and Abby Berger. He is also survived by four children and eight grandchildren.
