He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick J. Cicero and Geraldine Cicero (Miller); and his brother Thomas Cicero. He is survived by: his daughter Shelby Cicero; and his siblings, Frederick Cicero (Linda), Michael Cicero, Richard Cicero, Deborah Cicero, Lisa Callaghan, Heckscherville and Tonya Cicero. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
