Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Patricia Ann Whatley of Saint Clair, Pennsylvania, who passed away at the age of 85, on January 11, 2025. She was predeceased by: her brother Ricky. She is survived by: her sons, Richard C. Snipe, Jr. (Betty) and Mark A. Snipe (Keisha); her daughter-in-law Jennifer Snipe; her daughter Anice Y. Whatley-Sykes (Stephen); her sisters, Betty, Barbara, Connie, Toi and Robin; her son Ricardo; and her brothers, Thomas, Allen and Gary. She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Coston Funeral Homes, Inc.- El (427 Lincoln Ave, East Liberty, PA 15206). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at the Allegheny Cemetery (4734 Butler St, Pittsburgh, PA 15201).
