He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Chylack and Clementine Chylack (Gouris). He is survived by: his children, Michael Chylack (Denise), Gerald Chylack, Stephanie Davenport (Robert), Colleen Stokes (Randy) and Lori McGeary (Andrew); his sister Hermine Murphy (Daniel); and his close friend Janice Skrobak.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM at the Bruce T. Hart Funeral Home (110 N 2nd St, St Clair, PA 17970). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
