He is survived by: his mother Jennifer Hollywood of Saint Clair; his brother Benjamin Kramer of Saint Clair; his grandparents, Virginia Donetti (Robert) of Schuylkill Haven and James Hollywood of Pottsville; his aunt Jaclyn Hollywood; his cousin Kirsten; his aunt Virginia Bressler; and his nephew Mickee. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
