He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Zokuskie and Mary Zokuskie (Marhon). He is survived by: his wife Rose Zokuskie (Mihalsky); his son Mark Zokuskie (Tracey); his brother Robert Zack (Karen) of Frackville; his sister-in-law Mary Ann Zack; and his granddaughter Zowie Zokuskie of St. Clair. He is also survived by Nieces and Nephews.
