Spotts (Saint Clair, Pennsylvania), born in Pottsville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 28, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Walters and Ruth Walters (Kipp); and her siblings, Russell, Lewis Walters, Mary Cartwright Evans, Harriet Kopinetz and Jean Ward Snyder.
She is survived by: her sons, Robert Cappel of St. Clair and Jesse Cappel of Duncott; and her niece Cheryl Boyer of Cumbola. She is also survived by 6 Grandchildren.
