He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Manion and Anna Manion (Walsh); and his brothers, James Manion, Joseph Manion, Martin Manion and William Manion.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Manion (Chiccine); and his children, Jeff Manion of Philadelphia and Jen Manion (Jessica Halen) of Wellfeet, MA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
