She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Tobin and Anna Tobin (Hrichak); her husband Robert Costy; and her brother Richard Tobin. She is survived by: her children, Colleen A Macczak (Scott) of Mohnton, Marissa Costy-Hardner (Mark) of Saint Clair and Scott R. Costy of Pittsburgh; her grandchildren, Shane Zebertavage of Pottstown, Drew Zebertavage (Meaghan) of Muhlenburg, Jordan Marie Costy of Ohio and Cole Costy of Pittsburgh; and her great grandchild Nora Zebertavage. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Clare of Assisi Roman Catholic Church Memorial Fund.
