Pearlena was predeceased by: parents, Emil Stivanelli and Alice Stivanelli (Bailey); husband Matthew Polesky; and siblings, Mark, Joseph, Emil Stivanelli, Albina Pacconi, Eleanor Fidecaro and Emma Prandi.
Pearlena is survived by: brothers, Ernest Stivanelli and Eugene Stivanelli. Pearlena is also survived by sister.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to St. Vincent de Paul Society, Northern Cambria.
