He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Bumbarger and Sarah Bumbarger (Rischel); and his siblings, Sarah Jane Evans, Tena Mitchell (Sturniolo) and William J. Bumbarger.
He is survived by: his nephew Robert Mitchell (Jen) of Clearfield; his niece Kimberly Morley (Moon) of Hastings; his close friend Arlene O'Donnell (late Jim); and his uncle Charlie'. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
