He is survived by: his wife Penny Slovinsky (Hachick); his daughters, Catherine Houser and Tammi Slovinsky; his grandchildren, Tori, David Houser and Tatum Olin; and his siblings, Catherine Lewis, Rita Juart, Joe Slovinsky and Mike Slovinsky (Carol).
