He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Farrell and Mary Farrell (Payne); his wife Diane Shimp; his daughter Leanne Marie Farrell; his son-in-law Andy Garcia; his siblings, Joseph Farrell and Patricia McNeese (Patsy); and his grandson Mathew Paul Grube.
He is survived by: his children, Loraine "Lorie" Farrell (Doug) of Rimersburg, PA, Lisa Collins (Jim) of Centerville, MD, Lynette Passilla (Tony) of Saegertown, William H. Farrell (Nora) of San Antonio, TX, Michael L. Farrell (Alexandra) of Bradenton, FL and Katherine Garcia of Jacksonville, FL.; his sisters, Mary Arnold of Hague, VA and Sheila Maddox of Hague, VA; his grandchildren, Justin, Amber, Jared, Adam, David, Dustin, Abigail, Ava, Shane, Meagan, Victoria, Alexandra, Brandon, Emily, Jameson and Olivia; and his great grandchildren, Gwendolyn, Penelope, Olive, Madison, Ceyson, Leighlyn and Lydia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Rose and Waid Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. - Meadville (581 Chestnut St, Meadville, PA 16335).
