She was predeceased by: her parents, John Gallagher and Adaline Corey Gallagher; her husband Charles E. West, Jr.; and her brother James Gallagher. She is survived by: her son Charles West (Tammy Martone) of Meadville. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
