With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Neoma Kay Mattocks of Saegertown, Pennsylvania, born in Niagara Falls, New York, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Jacobs and Norma Jacobs (Walters); and her sister Laurie Clayton. She is survived by: her husband David; her children, Monique Stallings (Scott) of Saegertown, Isaiah Mattocks (Heather) of Santa Marta, Elijah Mattocks (Katherine) of Blooming Valley, Jeff Mattocks of Alexandria, VA, Peter Mattocks of Alexandria, VA, Jude Mattocks of Meadville and Ezra Mattocks of Jacksonville, FL; her grandchildren, Dakota, Malachi, Hannah, Brittany, TaraBeth, Anna, Lydia, Universe and Willow; her great grandchildren, Nevaeh and Izabella; her children, Bethany, Tanci, Kiersten, Josiah, Benjamin and Silas; and her siblings, Edith Snyder, Tammy Jacobs (James), Ginger Jacob, Timothy Greer and Jason Jacobs (Eliza). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Calendar New Beginnings Church of God (13226 Leslie Rd, Meadville, PA 16335). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
