He was predeceased by: his parents, Kermit D. Patton and Mary Pauline Bower; his wife Judy Patton; and his son Ross. He is survived by: the mother of his children Kaye M. Buckley; his sons, Phil and Alex Patton; and his grandchildren, Dan, Kris, John, Makayla and Maddie. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
