She was predeceased by: her father Frank Vaughn. She is survived by: her mother Donna Vaughn (Ballman); her husband James R. Koehler; her children, Tammy Pietras, Tirissa Clemente and Amy Koehler of Saegertown; her grandchildren, Ashley and Alexa; her stepchildren, Tim and Stacey; her sister Cindy Dunn of Erie; and her nephews, David and Jason.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Laurel's memory to the funeral home.
