Best (Lilly); her siblings-in-law, Florence Best and Scott Ladner (Joyce); and her nieces and nephews, Tammy Hall, David Peters, Joseph Lowe (Becky), Donald Best (Cindy), Jeffrey Best (Nilsa), Judy Galbo (Matthew), Jodi Stevens (Ken) and Tim Ladner (Jean). She is also survived by nieces and nephews, and many great great nieces and nephews.
