She was predeceased by: her father Donald Powell. She is survived by: her mother Rose Powell (Shay) of Meadville; her husband Robert; her children, Brandon Urquhart (Amelia Light) of Conneaut Lake, Issac Urquhart (Ashlee Irwin) of Saegertown and Megan Urquhart of Saegertown; her grandson Elliott; and her siblings, Daniel Powell (Rose Ann) of Blooming Valley and Tammy Moore (Allen) of Meadville. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Calendar Stephen P. Mizner Funeral Home and Cremation Services (404 Chestnut St, Meadville, PA 16335). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
