He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Sarah Steele, Ralph Steele (Ed), Joseph Hindle, Barb Hindle and Patricia Peterson; his great-grandparent Neil Williams; and his uncles, Eddie Steele and Michael Peterson.
He is survived by: his parents, Sarah Peterson and Casey Custard; and his grandparents, Paul Peterson, Cheryl Peterson, Carol Kerins, Bruce Kerins, Brian Custard and Joanne Custard. He is also survived by cousins, aunts, and uncles.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to UPMC Magee-Womans Hospital, 300 Halket Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15213 in Collins memory.
