He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Lilly and Josephine Landrum Lilly; his wife Shirley Lilly; his siblings, Betty Hunter, Doris Hunter, Marian Smith, Edith Taylor and Richard Lilly; and his son-in-law Ty Vroman.
He is survived by: his children, Daniel Lilly (Lori) of Venango, Cindy Vroman of Meadville, James Lilly of Saegertown, Gary Lilly (Tammy) of Saegertown and Michael "Mick" Lilly (Chris) of Meadville; and his grandchildren, Amy Cross, Stacy Lilly, Jennifer Lilly, Adam Lilly, Christy Lilly, Courtney Lilly, Elizabeth Kaspick, William Lilly, Corey Lilly and Lindsey Edwards. He is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
