He is survived by: his wife Joanne F. Perlik (George); his children, Linda Rodriguez of West Deer, William C. Perlik, Jr. (Sherry) of West Deer, Judith Davis (James) of Hampton and Charles Perlik of West Deer; his grandchildren, Joann (Brian), Anthony, Skylar, Sierra and Luke (Kayla); and his great grandchildren, Brian and Adrianna.
