He is survived by: his children, Barry G. Maciak (Sandy) of St. Louis, MO, Monica L. Stallard of West Deer and Victor J. Maciak (Fonda) of West Deer; and his grandchildren, Neva Motosicky (Ed) of Apollo, Joshua Smith of West Deer, Phillip Maciak (Melanie) of St. Louis, MO, Eli Maciak of West View and Ian Maciak (Katie) of Erie. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren and one great-great granddaughter.
