It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Theda J. Fredley (Russellton, Pennsylvania), who passed away on December 29, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur'Ted' Garmer and Ruth Garmer (Felsing); her husband Loyal W. Fredley, Sr.; her son Wayne Fredley; her granddaughter Frances A. Rice; and her brother Alvin Garmer.

She is survived by: her children, Loyal Fredley Jr. (Barbara) of Winfield Township, Lorraine Fredley of Frazer Township and Alice Rice (Warner) of Reedville, VA; and her daughter-in-law Karen Fredley of Pittsburgh.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions should be sent to Bull Creek Presbyterian Church 224 Tarentum Culmerville Road Tarentum, Pa. 15084.
