He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank B. Bailey and Edith Bailey (Alcott); his son Dana Mark Bailey; and his brother Donald Bailey. He is survived by: his wife N. Jean Bailey (Stepp); his son F. Scott Bailey (Kathy Makara); his grandchildren, Anna Allshouse (Dan), Lauren Vasquez (Brennan), Andrew Scott Bailey (Rashell) and Mark T. Bailey; his great grandchildren, Jordan Allshouse and Carson Allshouse; and his sister Janet Hohman of Saxonburg. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Due to the pandemic, a public memorial service is not possible.
