He was predeceased by: his parents, William C. Trout and Jennifer "Jenny" Sargent (Lipscomb); and his stepfather Donald Sargent. He is survived by: his daughters, Nicole M. Trout of Monongahela and Bridget R. Trout of Wadsworth, OH; his grandson Lane Bradley Stafinski; his siblings, Valerie Danner (Edward) of Munhall, Saundra Locklear of Mars and Donald Sargent (Diane) of Jeannette; and his aunt Adeline Peters of West Mifflin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
