She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph J. Ban and Dorothy I. Ban (Krusinski); and her brothers, Peter J. Ban and Matthew J. Ban. She is survived by: her husband Denny L. Swigart, Jr.; her children, Terri Dlugopolski of Saxonburg, Lester, Bub Hays of Colorado, Joseph Zunic of West Deer, Michelle Schrack (Tracy) of Blairsville, Shannon Swigart (Marlon Green) of West Deer, Kati Swigart (Ken Heflin) of Tarentum and Cory Swigart of West Deer; her grandchildren, Amanda, Josh, Tabitha, Luke, Chelsie, Stephen, Vinnie, Gabby, Trey, Maliah, Austin and Savannah; and her sister Chris Spreng of Indiana Township. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
