She was predeceased by: her parents, John F. Gowin and Geraldine L. Gowin (Pickel); and her siblings, Earnest, Frank, Jerry, Winfred Gowin and Ira Berryhill.
She is survived by: her children, David Chadwick (Shirley) of Shaler, Randall Chadwick (Lisa) of Dalton, GA and Katherine "Kat" D. Meyers of West Deer; her stepchildren, Diane Triplett (Dennis) of Waynesburg, Deborah S. Vacarro (Gary) of Goldsboro, NC, Judith Baird (Steve) of Harwick, Robert B. Sweadner, Jr. (Sharon) of Richland, Ross A. Sweadner (Theresa) of West Deer and Kenneth Sweadner of Raleigh, NC; and her siblings, Morris Gowin (Kathy) of Dalton, GA and Joann Beene (George) of Dalton, GA.. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren.
