She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernardo Simonetti (Fred) and Anna Simonetti; and her siblings, Rudy Simonetti, Nancy Truckley, Eleanor Truckley, Polly Davis and Frances Flaminio.
She is survived by: her husband Walter A. Kustra; her children, Walter F. Kustra (Joella), Gregory A. Kustra (Carolyn), Jeffery L. Kustra (Denise) and Lisa M. Paskorz (Steve); her grandchildren, Gabriel Kustra (Allison), Walter A. Kustra (Lisa), Victor S. Kustra, Michaelene L. Frauenheim (Adam), Marissa A. Hoge (Eric), Jeffrey M. Kustra, Stephen T. Paskorz (Katie), Jordan K. Paskorz and Paige M. Paskorz; her great grandchildren, Levi, Blake Frauenheim, Walter (Jack), Sophie, Theo Kustra, Ava Hoge and Paisley Paskorz; and her sister Elizabeth Page. She is also survived by many Nieces and nephews.
