He was predeceased by: his parents, James A. Fredley and Grace Ekas Fredley; his son Wayne Fredley; his granddaughter Frances A; and his brothers, J. Clair and Alvin Fredley.
He is survived by: his wife Theda Garmer Fredley; his children, Lorraine Fredley, Alice Rice (Warner) of Reedville, VA. and Loyal Fredley Jr. (Barbara) of Cabot; his daughter-in-law Karen Hilliard Fredley; his grandchildren, Kathie Fredley, Traci Meyers (Gary), Sara Losco (Jeremy), Matthew Fredley, Emily, Rachel and Ann Rice; and his great grandchildren, Alex Losco, Koolbie Fredley and Kale Meyers.
