He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Schroat and Hilda T. Schroat (Brucker); and his stepdaughter Megan Ann Butler. He is survived by: his wife Debbie J. Schroat (Baker); his daughter Courtney Verduci (Matt) of Tampa, Fla; and his stepson Michael Butler (Allyson) of Shaler.
