He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Juzwick and Georgianna Juzwick (Sipple); and his sister Diana Downing. He is survived by: his children, Michael W. Juzwick, Christina "Tina" Schomburg (Douglas) of West Deer and Matthew J. Juzwick of Shaler Township; his grandchildren, Samantha Schomburg, Dylan Schomburg, Halyley Schomburg, Abigail Juzwick and Alyssa Juzwick; and his siblings, Michael Juzwick of Seattle, WA and Kimberly Christie (Ronald) of North Hills.
