He was predeceased by: his parents, George Konchak and Wanda Konchak (Ostrowski); and his brother George Konchak. He is survived by: his children, Jon Konchak (Kristen), Christopher Konchak (Amy) and Renee Konchak; his sister Patricia Kranack; and his grandchildren, Ashley, Jonathan, Olivia, Nathan, Joshua, Andrew, Adam and Anthony.
