As we bid adieu to Hazel's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Hazel has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Corenti and Mary Ann Corenti (Machusko); her husband Anthony Zukowski; her grandson Stephen Zukowski; her great grandchild Cali Mae Girvin; and her sister Irene Trevellini.
She is survived by: her children, Anita L. Pacek (William) of West Tarentum, Joseph A. Zukowski (Joanne), Patricia A. Toscolani (Carl) of Frazer, Anthony J. Zukowski (Jennifer) of Natrona Heights, Carol M. Flowers (James) of Lower Burrell and Lisa M. Marshall (Stephen) of Middlesex Township. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren and 31 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Siwicki - Yanicko Funeral Home (23 McKrell Rd, Russellton, PA 15076). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
