We are sad to announce that on January 27, 2022, at the age of 93, Ernest J. Fischer Sr. (Russellton, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Fischer and Pauline Fischer (Mueller); his wife Charlane F. Fischer (Stepp); and his sisters, Louise Evans and Joanne Heslet.

He is survived by: his children, Deborah L. Vojtko of Richland Township, Diane L. Brudy (David) of Adams Township, Ernest J. Fischer, Jr. (Vanessa) of Frazer Township, Donna L. Abbott (Dennis) of Indiana Township and Gary J. Fischer (Deborah) of Saxonburg; and his brother Joseph Fischer (Nancy) of Calif. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
