With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elsie Horn (Russellton, Pennsylvania), born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 27, 2018 at the age of 83. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Elsie Horn to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Francis Dale Phillip Horn; and her brother William Duffett. She is survived by: her children, Margaret A. Jelks of Russellton, Laura J. Pfeil (Anthony) of West Deer and Dale E. Horn (Darla) of West Deer; her grandchildren, Amanda Bowser of West Deer, James Nutt of Sewickley and Gregory Horn (Samantha) of West Deer; and her great grandchildren, Gary, Abagail and Lily.
