She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Mierzejek and Elizabeth Mierzejek (Krupowicz); her sister Elizabeth "Betty" Pawloski; her brother-in-law Bill; her brother Leo Mierzejek; her sister-in-law Barbara Mierzejek; her nephew Stephen Mierzejek; and her husband Samuel.
She is survived by: her sons, Dr. John S. DiSanti (Judy) and David R. DiSanti (Gina); her grandchildren, David Jr. DiSanti (Jennifer), Jana Jackson DiSanti (Ivery), Dr. Justin DiSanti, Dr. Domenic DiSanti (Abigail) and Dr. Jared DiSanti; and her great grandchildren, Elizabeth, Josephine, Cecelia, Wyatt and Morgan.
