He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Zrelak and Catherine Rutkowski Zrelak; his brother Joseph Zrelak; and his brother-in-law Bernard McKruit. He is survived by: his sister Joanne McKruit of Cabot; his nephews, Carl McKruit (Kathy) of Butler and David McKruit of Sarver; his niece Theresa McKruit (Jim Jones) of Butler; his great-nephews, Josh (Crystal), Matt (Leanne), Brandon (Libby), Chris McKruit and Aidan Jones; and his friends, Good, Margie, Denny and Natalie. He is also survived by six great-great nephews and nieces.
