She was predeceased by: her parents, John Squiller and Stella Squiller; her former husband Stephen Kapustik, Jr.; her son Stephen Kapustik III; and her brothers, Monsignor John, Milton E. and Thomas A. Squiller.
She is survived by: her children, Lori Stephens, Thomas Kapustik (Gina) and Denise Dunbar (Rob); her grandchildren, Kirstin, Natalie, Amber, Stephen Kapustik, Robert and Eric Dunbar; her sister Johanna Grottenthaler (John); and her husband Steve.
