With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David L. Speer (Russellton, Pennsylvania), born in Harwick, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 25, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, David W. Speer and Marie Marsh Speer; his sister Corinne Speer; his grandson Christopher Speer; and his brother-in-law Robert Shuder.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia Speer (Frank); his children, Robert Speer (Beth), Brenda Laylock (Thomas) and Marcia Sabados (Lance); his grandchildren, Megan Genn (Christopher), Matthew (Frances), John David (Dylan), Annemarie, Margaret Ann, Elizabeth, Michael, William Speer, Kristin Hayes (Zachary), Stephen, David (Ashley), Timothy Laylock, Patrick, Mark, Daniel, Mary and Theresa Sabados; his sister-in-law Betty Shuder; and his cousin Frances Williams. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
